It is used by photographers, home shopping companies and publishers ready to take on the challenge to effectively manage the storm of digital images. 'onlocation' is used by Wehkamp and Paul de Graaff Productions.

'onlocation' supports the entire process from shooting to publication. Images can be used for catalogues, direct mail, websites or the company library. 'onlocation' makes backing-up your valuable production data easy and speeds up image selection & processing.

'onlocation' offers the following benefits:

  • Automatic backup, directly on the set, within 3 minutes after shooting the images are safe & secure by means of an automatic double back-up procedure.
  • Extremely easy and intuitive, optimized for art-director, photographer and digital assistant.
  • Assigns unique names and allows you to add characteristics to allow for a smooth workflow.
  • Shots can be sorted by lay-out page, rating (1st or second choice) collection etc.
  • When storing or exporting, the images can be (re)numbered and (re)named according to the requirements of the commissioner.
  • Images are named, numbered and categorised using industry standard XML and thus can be easily transferred to the image bank of the commissioner, stock photo database, or photographer's portfolio.
